We consider projects in Türkiye, Europe and other countries according to the opportunities. Sales and delivery terms are defined for each transaction.
How do ordering and payment work?
KREFEX works without its own stock. The client signs a contract with KREFEX and pays 100% of the agreed price. After payment is received, we purchase the machine from the supplier and arrange shipment. Availability is reconfirmed before commitment.
Can I request a specific machine?
Yes. Tell us the manufacturer or model, required capacity, intended use, budget and destination. We assess your request and contact sellers.
How are transport and warranties defined?
KREFEX arranges shipment to the agreed destination. Transport, costs, formalities, tests and any warranties are specified in the offer. We distinguish confirmed information from details that need further checks.
