One commercial contact throughout the order
Your contract is with KREFEX. We centralise the commercial discussions, collect the technical information available and agree the scope of the supply with you. KREFEX works without its own stock: we purchase the machine for your confirmed order after receiving payment.
A defined sequence: agreement, payment, purchase, shipment
The agreed process is straightforward. You review the offer and sign the KREFEX contract, then pay 100% of the agreed price. Once payment has been received and the supplier conditions have been confirmed, we purchase the machine and organise its shipment. A request for information is not an order.
Delivery planning starts with the equipment
Dimensions, weight, collection access, loading requirements and the destination determine the shipment arrangements. Depending on the project, preparation may include dismantling, identifying components, packaging, lifting and transport. The offer states which tasks and costs are included and who carries out each step.
An international project needs destination-specific checks
The required documents, import conditions and responsibilities are clarified for the machine and its destination with the relevant specialists. Technical checks, tests, any agreed warranties, insurance and delivery terms are defined in the offer. Installation and commissioning are agreed separately if requested.
